MERRY BEACH

Last week P:-) and I took a short trip in our caravan to Marry Beach on the new South Wales south coast. It was about 3 hours drive from home by the time we stopped and had a drink break. Merry Beach Caravan park is situated  between the bush and the sea.

Our caravan is a small 'pop up' and 'pop' out van.

 As it is the middle of winter the camping area was very quiet which suited us.

 

There were plenty of kangaroos.

A couple of kangaroos were especially interested in some banana skins in our rubbish.

 

Merry Beach in winter isn't the place to go in the middle of winter if you want a really exciting holiday, but it is ideal if you want a quiet break.
